This year we analyzed this part by deleting antiholin by inverse PCR (BBa_K519020). We transformed an E. coli with K317040 and an E. coli with the construction this year (Lysis without antiholin) and observed its growth curve at OD660 and plotted against time. The difference in growth curve of lysis device with and without antiholin was observed, and found that lysis with antiholin seem to reduce leakage of lysis expression better than the lysis system without antiholin. http://2011.igem.org/Team:Tokyo-NoKoGen/photocontrol
